Last Sunday's "Free for All" Christmas celebration services were attended by more than 400 people and atleast 5 people made committments to Christ. It was a wonderful day that helped us kick off the Christmas season at Harvest. The service included: drama, children's choirs, congregation singing, the main auditorium choir and a worship dance presentation.
Soon we will celebrate with our Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion at 11:15 p.m. on Dec. 24. This brief service runs through the new day at 12:01 a.m Christmas morning and includes: Christmas Carols and music, a brief devotion, and Holy Communion. It has grown to become a community service attended by many friends and neighbors of the church. We hope to see you this year as we participate in a wonderful Christmas tradition that will lift up Christ. On Christmas Day this year (a Sunday), we wil have no Sunday School or evening activities; however, we will have a Sunday morning worship service at 10:00 that will end by 11:15 a.m. to ensure everyone plenty of time with their family as we also keep our special time with the Lord on His day.
